Your role will be to co-ordinate and support major/sensitive domestic extremism investigations and intelligence gathering across the south east region.

This will involve assisting with investigations in accordance with legislation and good practice, attending briefings to update the investigation and management team, and preparing/updating strategy documents, as well as identifying trends across the region.

You will have recent and relevant experience in the investigations and intelligence field (preferably within major crime/counter terrorism investigations and incident rooms) and proven ability to carry out evidential and intelligence enquiries as part of a team.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to demonstrate flexibility and initiative. Ideally you will have experience of RIPA applications, Criminal justice procedures, Disclosure and CPIA.

On occasion you may be required to work flexible hours or at a different location to suit operational requirements. An enhanced level of vetting is required.
