East Potential part of East Thames Group, one of the most powerful forces for regeneration in east London and Essex, we pioneer independent living, community involvement and employment and training initiatives for local residents. Expect real involvement within a well-managed organisation that’s closely in touch with its people.

The Stay Well Healthy Living Network is a new partnership, being co-ordinated by the Newham Food Access Partnership at East Potential. The aim of Stay Well is to improve the health and wellbeing of older people living in the southern half of the London Borough of Newham.

Our community partners are running activities from their Centres, and Stay Well staff will work with these partners as well as co-ordinate a programme of training courses and develop lunch clubs across the borough.

With demonstrable experience of project management and partnership working, the post-holder will be responsible for managing the Stay Well Healthy Living Network. The successful applicant will set up management systems, procedures and coordinate training courses, support partners in delivering their individual programmes and provide capacity building advice to new lunch clubs.
