Street Naming and Numbering Officer

Salary:Salary Scale 3 i.e £15,153 - £16,217 pay award pending (Subject to Job Evaluation) 

Hours:37 hours per week Monday to Friday 

Working pattern:Full Time, Flexible Hours, Permanent position

Scale 3 ie £15,153 to £16,217 (subject to Job Evaluation and Pay Award pending)

We are looking for someone who has:

- At least two years experience of Local Authority Street Naming & Numbering functions, including Street Name Plates
- At least two years experience & good working knowledge of BS7666 7.3 DTF gazetteer standard – covers Local Land & Property Gazetteer (LLPG), Local Street Gazetteer (LSG)
- Experience of working with SIA DataMAP software and/or another system at technician’s level
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, competent IT skills and a full driving licence are also necessary
- Strong commitment to working as part of a team and have the ability to work on projects without close supervision
