Team Manager (Permanent)
Older Persons OT Team and Integrated Community Equipment Service
£45,000-£47,652 per annum (April 08 pay award pending)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager/practitioner to professionally lead a clinical OT Team and an Integrated Community Equipment Service. The successful candidate should be highly organised and innovative, self motivated, with strong professional OT skills, experience of managing resources, and sound knowledge of social care, health care, and Transforming Community Equipment agendas. You will be expected to achieve positive change in a local authority community setting, develop the services to respond to users needs and changing profile of social care, while also maintaining excellence in achieving performance targets. A degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and HPC registration is essential.
