Reducing re-offending in the Thames Valley

In this exciting new vacancy you will be responsible for devising and implementing a training and development strategy which provides the learning and development tools staff need to meet the requirements of our 3 year business plan. You will also develop mechanisms for evaluating, assessing and improving our activities in this important area.

You will possess a relevant professional qualification in HR/Organisational Development or postgraduate membership status of the CIPD, with experience of managing training and development programmes across a complex organisation. You will display excellent skills in managing people and projects, alongside strong organisational, communication and presentation skills.
