You are bright with a pleasant personality and keen to be part of our public transport team. The post involves issuing Diamond Travelcards to elderly and disabled residents of North Somerset and helping with outside surveys, data entry, publicity and enquiries. You will have excellent customer service skills and an ability to use computers.
Candidates will be expected to have 5 GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent and have some experience in an administrative/technical role. The post is career graded and the successful candidates will be appointed at a level appropriate to their qualifications and experience. Progression through the grade will depend on experience and qualifications.
