ContactPoint is an online directory being developed as part of the Every Child Matters programme to improve outcomes for all children. It will help practitioners to identify and contact one another allowing them to co-ordinate the services children require and to intervene early where needs are identified.

The ContactPoint team will be part of Havering’s Integration Team which is progressing a number of projects to deliver on integrated working, such as Common Assessment Framework, Integrated Children’s System, Children’s Services Directory and mobile working.

In this role you will register new users and support/manage the use of ContactPoint. You should have knowledge of user administration processes of systems that require different approaches to authentication and have an understanding of security issues around data and accessing the internet.
