Required for February 2012. This position will be available on a fixed term contract for 5 months until July 2012. Secondments will also be considered.

Role Description:
The Inclusion Team enables the most vulnerable children and young people in Surrey to access full time education provision through a network of area based pupil referral units and the Access to Education Service. Increasingly provision of education to groups of these pupils is via the service’s Virtual Learning Platform (VLE).

The VLE Administrator will provide administration and technical support for the Services Virtual Learning Environment (Frog), including management of users, liaison with technical staff, developing content, communicating with staff and provision of training.

You will require experience of working in a technical support environment, the ability to manage and prioritise your workload as well as the motivation to provide a timely and good quality service to all users of the VLE.
