The London Borough of Waltham forest is a four star authority. The council is now looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to join its Telephony team. As a member of the ICS telephony section your role will be to provide day-to-day technical support and installations of the borough’s telephony infrastructure. Your duties will involve liaising with service providers, and the administration of contracts relating to the provision of voice services, including; videoconferencing and bulk outbound call charges,

You will be required to deliver ICS services in an equitable manner, ensuring comprehensive customer focused communication and information transfer with customers, colleagues and partners.
