We are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Services Assistant who will act as a first point of contact for parents and members of the public.
Working within the Children’s Services Department, you’ll be the key contact for providing information and guidance in relation to local schools. In addition, you will also be responsible for supporting the organisation and management of a range of departmental events, so your excellent organisational and communication skills will be vital. As part of this you’ll develop excellent working relationships with school staff and staff based within the County Council.
You will enjoy fast paced and varied work as no two days will be the same. Naturally, you will have strong MS office skills and you will be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
