SPS supply a comprehensive personnel service to schools, providing advice on conditions of employment, contract production and liaising with payroll/pension providers.
We are looking for a team leader, who will be responsible for supervising a team of 3/4 team assistants, providing advice and support as well as managing their work via an Electronic Data Management system.
We are looking for a team worker, to join our hard working and friendly team. A high degree of tact and confidentiality is required as well as an ability to organise and prioritise work and work to deadlines.
Successful candidates must have previous personnel experience and be highly IT literate.
