What’s the job ?
Operating within the Environmental Services area and responsible for supervising a small call centre team who also provide administration and financial support to all services within this direct line service arena.
What are the ‘must haves’?
- Strong customer care skills and capability to manage the call centre efficiently
- Ability to equip members of the business support team with sound training and tools to ensure they are able to carry out their jobs with confidence
- Roll out training for corporate electronic systems to new and existing members of Environmental Services

- High level organizational skills – are you able to juggle lots of balls in the air?
- First class people skills – do you have skills to encourage and develop others?
- Able to demonstrate advanced numeracy and admin skills – can you monitor budgets and analyse and report data meaningfully?
- Manage and monitor invoice and payments for the service
Do you also have ?
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office & experience of working with databases and back office technology?
- Are you reliable, committed, flexible and able to solve problems to absolute completion?
