Early Years Family Support Development Manager
0.8 FTE
P05/06 Salary: £39,987 - £45,219 pro-rata
Ref: CS/1119/MI

We need a manager with a successful track record in the co-ordination of multi-agency family support services
You will need to have:
? A graduate level degree or professional qualification or demonstrated ability to function at this level.
? Extensive experience of working in a family support context.
? A successful track record in the co-ordination of multi-agency family support and community outreach services.
? Extensive management experience, preferably within a Sure Start programme or similar multi-agency community project working with children and their families.

The successful candidate will work within the Early Years Service, in partnership with a range of statutory and voluntary agencies, to strategically develop and co-ordinate family support and outreach services to improve outcomes for children.
