With a proven track record in commissioning and contracting within personal social services you will lead a team of contracting staff in Children’s Social Services.
Developing practice across the CFE directorate, with excellent negotiating skills you will;
• ensure that services are designed and delivered with the full involvement of service users.
• engage key stakeholders from across all sectors in innovative and next generation service delivery.
• demonstrate a thorough understanding of all legislation relating to the protection of children, the Aiming High agenda for disabled children and the Children’s Trust agenda.
• possess expert knowledge of contracting and procurement regulations across public sector bodies.
