This is a two year development opportunity to work in the Performance Team in the Policy and Performance Directorate. You will manage and maintain a robust performance and risk management system for the West Sussex Local Area Agreement, working across the County Council and with partners. You will support the delivery of the Agreement outcomes and the Public Service Board which oversees these.
This role provides an effective link between the LAA and the Corporate Performance Management system, providing inputs to the corporate planning and monitoring cycles to help improve corporate performance. It will enable you to build on your understanding and experience of partnership working and performance management.
