Major Works Consultation Team Leader

Can you provide leadership and motivation to our Major Works Team?
This is a key position within Home Ownership Services, reporting to the Leasehold Services Manager. Home Ownership Services is responsible for the collection of leasehold service charges and major works charges.
You will lead a team responsible for the statutory consultation with leaseholders in advance of major works, apportioning costs, issuing “Section 20” notices and invoices, and attending consultation meetings with leaseholders. You’ll ensure that observations and queries from leaseholders about major works or the consultation process are dealt with quickly, comprehensively and efficiently whilst meeting performance targets. You will need excellent interpersonal skills to work with both customers and colleagues and be committed to delivering a high quality service.
