Leading and developing consistent, outcome-focused commissioning, you’ll drive the success of our ambitious programme to embed individual budgets and self-directed support. You’ll take the needs and aspirations of our community into account as you implement a range of strategies focusing on learning disability, mental health, physical and sensory impairment and older people’s services.
We’re looking to appoint someone who combines a relevant professional qualification with senior management experience of commissioning adult social care services in a large, complex, inner city organisation. Your expertise in financial planning and management should be complemented by the capacity to work across functions to develop innovative service strategies.
