We are looking for a suitably experienced individual to head up our payroll team responsible for payments to approximately 2000 full, part time and casual employees.
You will have detailed knowledge of all aspects of payroll processing including
PAYE, NI, Statutory Payment legislation and non-statutory deductions, preferably within a Public Sector organisation.
Your people management skills must be outstanding, enabling you to lead and motivate your team to develop effective working practices whilst maintaining an attention to detail in a pressurised environment.
